TruCheck 2D USB DPM™
TruCheck 2D USB DPM™ offers Multiple lighting options to support AIM DPM for laser etched, dot peen symbols or ISO 15415 for labels.
The TruCheck 2D USB DPM™ barcode verifier is specially designed with 9 different lighting options to implement the AIM-DPM-2006 (ISO/IEC TR29158) method for direct part mark verification as required by US DOD MIL-STD-130N as well as many FDA UDI applications. Choose from bright field or dark field from any side to adapt to the surface texture of laser etched and/or dot peen marks. This unit is incredibly versatile and will also verify ordinary labels according to ISO 15415.
With its integrated illumination, and compact size, it is easy to move the unit to where it is needed: on a label, or even on an object. The design ensures that the image is calibrated and in focus. The TruCheck DPM verifier is like the 2D USB and can verify 1D and 2D codes that will fit in a field of view of 28mm x 18mm. This unit has the additional capability to verify direct part marks and offers users 9 different lighting options. Down to 7.5mil x-dimension capability.
TruCheck USB 2D DPM Hi-Res TC-845
This unit has all of the same capabilities as the TruCheck 2D DPM verifier but allows users to verify down to 5mil x - dimension but has a smaller field of view.
