• Quatro Air laser fume extraction units for small, medium and heavy-duty laser applications • Designed to connect directly to the ACI Foilstar or Trotec lasers with remote interlock capability • The SPH and CSA series use high power blower motors to pull the air through 3 stages of filtration consisting of a pre-filter for large particulate, a certified HEPA filter to capture 99.97% of all particulate greater than 0.3 micron and a chemical filter with up to 80 lbs. (36kg) of odor and VOC treatment before recirculating the air through a grille in the bottom of the unit. Optional external ducting is available. • The filters are sealed with a unique LaserBlue Gel seal that guarantees NO BYPASS: all gasses, particles, and VOCs pass through the filters for capture. • Units are available in brushed and brushless versions. The SPH 400 series is designed for laser fume extraction in an industrial environment. Our most popular unit with thousands in operation worldwide the SPH400 series is a well-proven and modern design. Its three levels of filtration are designed for easy maintenance and long duty cycles. The filters can be changed out in minutes with no tools required. The chemical odor and VOC filter is embedded in our LaserBlue Gel (imagine something similar to really thick and sticky Jell-O) that completely seals the filters edges and eliminates the possibility of odors or VOCs bypassing the chemical filter stage. Optional pre-filter sections are available for applications with a large amount of particulate or 'sticky' fumes. The SPH400 series incorporates our digital control panel with interfaces to the laser unit so that the fume extractor is triggered by operation of the laser system or via optional remote. Feedback is provided to the user with regards to filter maintenance and status of the filtration unit. For heavier duty applications we offer either our CSA or SPH 800 series with similar features to the SPH400 but with larger filter capacity for particulate as well as increased odour and VOC capacity. The CSA series incorporates easy access filter bags for collection of larger particles designed to be changed out with no tools in mere seconds. The SPH 800 series is our most powerful unit and can be used in large laser applications or applications that produce large amounts of particulate/smoke/odour/VOCs.
